Is there parking nearby?

Yes, parking is available on Shirley Road, Pacific Highway, Roseville Railway and Hill Street parking, Larkin Lane council parking and Bancroft Avenue council parking. We also offer on-site parking. The centre is conveniently located opposite Roseville train station and bus stop, making it easy to access by public transport

For a comprehensive standard appointment, there is an out-of-pocket cost of $60 for patients with Medicare. Patients without Medicare will be charged a fee of $110 which can be claimed through their private insurance. Fees are payable at the time of your consultation. We accept payment by cash or credit card. A full copy of our current fees is available in the waiting room. If you have any questions about fees, our reception team can assist.

Our standard appointments are longer to focus on your healthcare concerns and illness prevention. We ensure your consultation has adequate time for your needs. Your visit will not be rushed and you will not be left in a busy waiting room at risk of picking up infections. Our average wait time to see your doctor is less than 3 minutes!

Service

You will receive an SMS notification once your results are available. To protect your privacy and ensure the highest standard of care, we require patients to book a follow-up appointment by phone or in person to discuss any test results. Please note that our reception staff are not medically trained and cannot interpret or provide details about your results

If you need medical assistance after hours, please contact 13SICK (13 74 25). For urgent or life-threatening emergencies, call 000 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to all our patients. Your feedback helps us continually improve. If you have any suggestions or concerns, please feel free to speak directly with your doctor or our reception staff. From time to time, you may also be invited to complete a patient survey to help us ensure our quality of care remains at the highest level.

Your doctor will provide you with copies of all your medical information, including pathology results, radiology reports, and referrals. If you require specialist correspondence, please contact your specialist’s office directly. Should you wish to transfer your medical records to another practice, a processing fee will apply and the transfer process may take several weeks to complete.

If you or a family member require assistance due to a language barrier, please let our reception team know. We will arrange a professional interpreting service to support communication during your consultation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 0401 792 644. Fees apply for missed appointments if we are not notified in advance.

If you are unable to attend our clinic due to incapacity, we offer home visits for local patients. We encourage you to call as early as possible to arrange a visit. If your doctor is unavailable, we can organise a locum doctor to attend.
