What is the cost of an appointment?
What is the cost of an appointment? For a comprehensive standard appointment, there is an out-of-pocket cost of $60 for patients with Medicare. Patients without Medicare will be charged a fee of $110 which can be claimed through their private insurance. Fees are payable at the time of your consultation. We accept payment by cash or credit card. A full copy of our current fees is available in the waiting room. If you have any questions about fees, our reception team can assist.

To protect your privacy and ensure the highest standard of care, we require patients to book a follow-up appointment by phone or in person to discuss any test results. Please note that our reception staff are not medically trained and cannot interpret or provide details about your results

How to transfer my medical records to another practice? Your doctor will provide you with copies of all your medical information, including pathology results, radiology reports, and referrals. If you require specialist correspondence, please contact your specialist’s office directly. Should you wish to transfer your medical records to another practice, a processing fee will apply and the transfer process may take several weeks to complete.

Do you offer Home Visits? If you are unable to attend our clinic due to incapacity, we offer home visits for local patients. We encourage you to call as early as possible to arrange a visit. If your doctor is unavailable, we can organise a locum doctor to attend.
